Refunds apply to the tour/package price only. Non-refundable costs for flights, visas, insurance, etc. follow policies of their respective providers.
All bank, transaction, or processing fees associated with refunds are non-refundable and borne by the client.
No refunds for unused or partially used services after trip commencement.
Third-party bookings are subject to policies of those providers.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Delays may occur due to bank processing or peak demand.
Force Majeure/Emergency Cancellations:
If trips are canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will strive to recover and refund as much as possible, minus unrecoverable costs already paid to suppliers.
